Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Fernwood Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
