Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Freight is a Houston logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
