Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bright Summit Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Memphis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
