Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Amberfield Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
