Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Cedar Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Miami with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
