Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around San Diego, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 396 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
