Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Redstone Granite Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
