Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Nova West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
