Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Highbridge Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
