Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
