Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
