Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
