Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
