Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Vale Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
