Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Lumen Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
