Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Amberfield Maple Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
