Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Vista Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
