Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
