Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
