Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Cedar Ridge Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
