Maintenance Technician - building systems (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
