Maintenance Technician - building systems (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
