Maintenance Technician - building systems (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Portland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
