Maintenance Technician - building systems (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Stone Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Portland region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
