Maintenance Technician - building systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Energy and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
