Maintenance Technician - building systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
