Maintenance Technician - building systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
