Maintenance Technician - building systems (Omaha, NE)

Bright Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Omaha area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
