Maintenance Technician - building systems (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Pike Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Omaha, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
