Maintenance Technician - building systems (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
