Maintenance Technician - building systems (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Timber Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
