Maintenance Technician - building systems (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
