Maintenance Technician - building systems (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for service appointments in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
