Maintenance Technician - building systems (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Thistle Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Nashville area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
