Maintenance Technician - building systems (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Ember Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
