Maintenance Technician - building systems (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Orchard Freight Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
