Maintenance Technician - building systems (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Umber Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
