Maintenance Technician - building systems (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Pine Water Authority Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
