Maintenance Technician - building systems (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
