Maintenance Technician - building systems (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
