Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
