Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Energy Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 682 people based in Miami. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
