Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Willow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Miami and nearby communities, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
