Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

Redstone Granite Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Miami area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
