Maintenance Technician - building systems (Madison, WI)

Cedar Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Madison, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
