Maintenance Technician - building systems (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Madison region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Madison. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
