Maintenance Technician - building systems (Madison, WI)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Group is a Madison property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
