Maintenance Technician - building systems (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 951 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
