Maintenance Technician - building systems (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management is a Louisville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
