Maintenance Technician - building systems (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Little Rock, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for quality documentation in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
